Spiced Pineapple Mule
SPICED PINEAPPLE MULE (Spicy Jalapeño Cup)
Sweet heat meets sweater weather.
Ingredients (Pitcher Style – 8–10 servings):
- 1 bottle (750 ml) vodka
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2–3 jalapeño slices (adjust to spice preference)
- 3 cups ginger beer (add before serving)
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a pitcher with ice. Add ginger beer just before pouring.
Garnish: Dried pineapple slice.
